How do we know that you won't over-stock us with things we don't need?

We're small business owners too, we understand controlling costs. One of our primary goals is to make certain that we are providing exceptional service and quality products for less money than it would cost you to have someone on your payroll take over the job of inspecting and re-filling your first aid and safety supplies.


Our NELCO representatives will work from the ANSI standards list and recommend that you stay in compliance, but if you prefer to provide us with a specific list of products for your company, we appreciate that as well. Business Owners and Safety/EHS Directors place a lot of trust in us to maintain stock of only the items that your employees need and prefer.


Again, if we don't meet your expectations, cancel our service at any time.


If we suspect abuse or theft of first aid supplies or safety equipment our NELCO representatives will notify company directors after the scheduled visit.

How much does managed safety service cost?

$0. It's FREE.

We do not charge for our service.

No service fee. No mileage charges. No subscriptions. No surprises. We promise.

You pay only for the first aid supplies and safety equipment that we re-stock or replace due to use or expiration. If you don't need any supplies on a particular visit, you pay nothing.


Do we have to sign a contract?

No. We still believe in handshakes and good-faith agreements.

If we don't live up to your expectations, cancel your service t any time, with no obligation.

Should you decide to restore our service, simply give us a call.

How often will you do inspections?

You decide. There is no service fee, regardless of frequency.

Every business is different; type of industry, number of employees, etc.


You choose which of our service schedules, annually to monthly, best suits your needs:

          1x/year          2x/year         4x/year          6x/year          12x/year

What does "managed safety services" mean?

A NELCO representative will stop by your business on a scheduled-basis; monthly, quarterly, annually, etc.

We will inventory your first aid supplies and safety equipment.

We will re-stock that day (to OSHA/ANSI standards) or to your specific business needs/requests.

We will sign and date each cabinet inspection label, provided by NELCO.

We will invoice you electronically, to be paid by check or credit card within 30 days.

We will special order any non-stock items, to be shipped or delivered on our next visit.​​
