During the same scheduled visits, we can inspect and service jobsite/truck kits, eyewash stations, trauma kits, first responder bags, AEDs and PPE supplies.

How can we trust that you won't overfill our cabinets?
This is, unfortunately, a common practice in our industry. Business Owners and Safety Directors place a lot of trust in our NELCO representatives to maintain stock of only the items that your employees need and prefer. We promise to also be mindful of your bottom line and not over-stock you with supplies you don't need, will never use, or are inapplicable to your industry. Our representatives are also advised to let Owners and Managers know if we suspect abuse or theft of first aid supplies or safety equipment.
We would not have been doing this for over 35 years if we hadn't earned that trust.
Do we have to buy new first aid cabinets from Nelco?
No. We're happy to takeover service of your existing cabinets. We will clean up and re-organize your current first aid cabinets and place a high-visibility FIRST AID sticker on the front. New or used, each first aid cabinet on our routes has a NELCO service sticker, with: your selected schedule; date of visit; NELCO representative's name; date of next service.

How much does managed first aid service cost?
There is no cost for our service, regardless of frequency. You pay only for the first aid supplies, PPE and safety equipment that we re-stock or replace due to use or expiration. No service fee. No mileage charges. No subscriptions. No surprises. We promise.
Do we have to sign a contract?
No. We still believe in handshakes and good-faith agreements. We'll never ask you to sign a contract or agree to a long-term commitment. We'll show-up as promised, electronically invoice you after each service, and you may cancel our service at any time, if we fail to meet your expectations.
How frequently will you visit our business?
We ask each of our customers to select a schedule that best suits their needs, from monthly service, for large employers in more hazardous industries, to just an annual visit, for smaller companies in an office setting, with less frequent need for first aid supplies. You choose 30, 60, 90, 180 or 365-day service.
What does "managed first aid" mean?
A NELCO representative will stop by your company on a scheduled-basis, inventory your first aid supplies and safety equipment, then re-stock as necessary, to OSHA/ANSI standards for your industry and size of organization.
